What does 'monitoring every 30 minutes' mean?
Our engine automatically runs a full checkout simulation on your store every 30 minutes. If it detects a failure, you get an email alert immediately — before your customers see the problem.
Does monitoring count against my scan quota?
No. Automated monitoring scans are separate from your on-demand scan quota. You can run manual tests anytime without affecting your monitoring.
What counts as a 'store'?
One store = one Shopify store URL. Each store gets its own monitoring schedule, scan history, and reports. Need more stores than your plan allows? Add extra stores at $15/store/month.
Will testing affect my store or create real orders?
No. We never complete a purchase or submit real payment details. The test stops at the checkout page after validating it loads and renders correctly.
What is the free trial?
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You'll only be charged if you choose to continue after the trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the billing period with no penalty.
